Founded by husband-and-wife duo Laura and Solomon Honors, our journey began with a passion for design and craftsmanship, crafting custom furniture pieces for local boutiques. Over time, our expertise expanded to full-service interior design, transforming second homes and retreats into timeless, personal havens.

Laura’s professional credentials include a Master’s degree in business, advanced training from the New York Institute of Art and Design, and project management experience with multi-million dollar luxury homes—ensuring every project is handled with skill and care.

MEET THE PRINCIPAL DESIGNER

Recently featured in SRQ Magazine’s 35 under 35 list, and invited to Forbes Magazine’s Under 30 Summit, Honors Interiors’ principal designer, Laura Honors, is a powerhouse creative leader who believes in detailed processes and a stellar client experience.

Once finishing her Masters Degree in Business, our founder, Laura Honors, started the interior design program at the New York Institute of Art and Design, worked through the The Birds Renovation design program, attained membership at the Interior Design Society, Sarasota Chapter and American Society of Interior Designers (ASID 2040486), and is now Treasurer of the Sarasota IDS board.

Laura moved to Florida from Toronto, ON and her Northern design influence mixed with a love for modern coastal esthetics has made Honors Interiors the go-to design firm in Sarasota for busy professionals looking to invest in a vacation home for their family to enjoy!
