At the heart of our luxury interior design process is the Initial Deep Dive Project Call. This step is where we begin to uncover the full scope of your vision, aspirations, and unique needs. During this personalized Zoom consultation, we’ll explore your lifestyle, design preferences, and project goals, ensuring no detail is overlooked.

Our team will collaborate with you to understand the essence of your space and its potential, setting the foundation for an exceptional design experience. Following this call, you will receive a comprehensive Project Proposal tailored to your objectives. This document outlines the creative direction, project timeline, investment overview, and key milestones, giving you a clear roadmap for the journey ahead.

The Initial Deep Dive ensures we’re aligned from the start, creating a seamless, inspiring, and truly bespoke design experience.

This is where your vision begins to take shape. During the Concept Development phase, our team curates a comprehensive design presentation that introduces the overall direction for your home, including preliminary layouts, materials, finishes, furnishings, and key design recommendations.

Together, we'll refine the vision, confirm that each selection aligns with your lifestyle, project goals, and investment, and ensure every major design decision is thoughtfully considered before moving into Detailed Design.

With a clear vision established, we move into the Detailed Design phase. This is where your dream space begins to take shape. Our team meticulously reviews all project documents, ensuring every detail aligns with your goals and requirements.

We then craft thoughtfully curated design concepts, complete with detailed selections for materials, finishes, and furnishings. We provide comprehensive renderings that bring your vision to life, allowing you to visualize the transformation before it begins.

This step combines creativity and precision, ensuring each design element is tailored to your style while meeting the highest standards of luxury and functionality. By the end of this phase, you'll have a clear and compelling blueprint for bringing your ideal space to reality.

In the Procurement & Preparation phase, we transform design plans into tangible elements. Every detail, from bespoke furnishings to curated accessories, is meticulously ordered and managed. We oversee the entire process, placing, tracking, and expediting hundreds of items to ensure everything arrives seamlessly.

All items are delivered to a trusted warehouse, where they are carefully inspected for quality and condition. Once approved, they are stored with climate control, until your property is ready. If your project doesn’t require a contractor, we simultaneously coordinate with our installers to ensure they have the materials needed to execute the design flawlessly. If your project is a remodel or build, we coordinate with your construction team to implement decorative elements when your home is ready.

The Design Implementation & Project Management phase is where your vision comes to life. If your project is heavily decorating focused, our team manages every aspect of your implementation. If your project includes a contractor or builder, we collaborate closely with your construction team to ensure every design aspect of your custom build, remodel, or home refresh is executed with precision and care.

This phase transforms the design vision into a reality, creating a space that’s not only beautiful but perfectly tailored to your lifestyle.

The grand finale of our luxury design process is the Installation, Styling & Stocking phase; where your dream space becomes a reality. We meticulously manage the move-in of all furnishings, expertly hang window treatments, and arrange every detail.

Our team thoughtfully styles your home, layering in the finishing touches that make the design truly shine. From art placement to accessory arrangement, every element is curated to create a harmonious and inviting space.

To ensure a seamless transition, we take care of stocking cupboards, drawers, and pantries with everything you need - right down to the plates, glassware, and linens; so you can simply walk in and start enjoying your beautifully transformed home. This white-glove service is the ultimate expression of luxury, delivering a move-in-ready experience that exceeds every expectation.
