This Longboat Key Club residence is a full-service, luxury gut renovation that reimagines coastal living through a warm, contemporary lens. From construction design to finishes, furnishings, and final styling, every detail was thoughtfully considered to create a home that feels elevated, modern, and intentionally layered.
While grounded in the relaxed sensibility of its coastal setting, this project takes a refined departure from our signature style—introducing richer tones, clean lines, and a more contemporary material palette.
