This full condo remodel on St. Pete Beach was a dream come true for our clients—an entrepreneur family looking to create their perfect second home by the ocean. From the moment they stepped into the space, our mission was to completely transform it into a luxurious, personalized retreat where they could relax and make memories together.
We began by redesigning the layout to better suit their lifestyle, optimizing flow and functionality throughout. Custom cabinetry was designed and built to add a tailored touch, while all finishes and materials—from flooring to tile, countertops to paint—were hand-selected to reflect their taste and elevate the overall design.
Once construction was complete, we fully furnished and styled the condo, layering in coastal elegance, warmth, and thoughtful details. Now, when our clients fly in, they’re welcomed by a fully finished, move-in-ready space that feels like home from the moment they walk through the door.
